Manufacturing Mens Tungsten Rings
Tungsten and other elements are ground into a powder and then compressed with pressure dies to form a ring blank. The blank is then fired in an oxygen free furnace at an amazing 2,400 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, the blank is cut and shaped using diamond tools until completion. Finally, the ring is skillfully polished with diamond polishing tools and wheels creating a permanent mirror polish not possible with other metals.
